Trouble logging in

I'm having trouble logging in.
  1. If you are on a shared Windows computer, did you log onto your computer using the proper Windows account?
  2. Can you get to the login page at https://vridirect.com/login?
    1. If you get a screen that does not look like the typical VRI Direct login screen, check the URL in your browser address bar.
      1. If the URL is correct, try to visit a different site, such as http://www.google.com. If it works, try clearing your browser cache, then closing all browser windows, reopening a browser and visiting our website. 
      2. If http://www.google.com also displays something other than expected, you may have a virus.  Run a virus scan and/or contact your IT administrator.
    2. Make sure you are connected to the Internet by trying to visit http://www.google.com

  3. When you try to log in, do you get a message at the top of the login screen? 
    1. Make sure you are typing in the correct username and password.  
    2. If someone is already using your account and is on a call, you will not be able to log in until the call has finished.

  4. When you click the "Login" button, does the login page keep reappearing with no error message? 
    Clear your browser cache, close your browser, reopen it and try to log in again.
